• 50% cancellation fee applies to any appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• 100% charge will apply for no-call, no-show appointments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact your stylist or the salon as soon as possible.
If your card is not on file and a cancellation or no-show fee is incurred, you will be required to pay the fee before booking any future appointments.
